Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday through Saturday, with the exception of National Holidays. Lila The Brand will send you confirmation and shipment details as soon as possible.

Lila the Brand is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. If this occurs, please file a claim through USPS or with your local police department. If we can assist in any way, please contact us at info@lilathebrand.com

We truly hope you love our items! At this time, all sales are final. If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged please email us at info@lilathebrand.com

Incase of a refund please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process from the date your return is received.

Terms & Conditions

Your refund will only be returned to the original form of payment. Refunds can take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect on your bank institution's statement.
